Call Peach support (0212005877), in most cases we can help you out remotely. If the terminal needs to be brought in for a repair, we’ll arrange a courier to pick up the terminal and we’ll return a terminal. If you only have one terminal in your store, we advise you to buy a second terminal to avoid a situation where you are not able to accept payments
